An Illuminated Window

and a Cabinet Door

Over the years I have had several commissions from Wiegand Dyck.  The first request was a large window with a totem pole and a vista with trees.   I have also created a bathroom mirror for him with a decorative etched frame which included a mermaid in one corner, and two illuminated windows with otters.  After this we collaborated on cabinet doors and the window with the salmon and kingfisher, one of my all time favorites.  This last window is illuminated and apparently the lights run daily with ever changing colors, how beautiful! The cabinet doors were also supposed to be illuminated.  That is why the main design is on a separate piece of glass that would have had the LED lights right against the edge, while the background is frosted on a different piece of glass that need not be illuminated, but simply creates privacy
